Katowice Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 24)

The 24th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC COP 24), that will be held in Katowice, Poland, from December 2nd to 14th, 2018.
The Conference of the Parties (COP) is the supreme decision-making body of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to support the global response to the threat of climate change has been holding its session annually since the first meeting in Bonn, Germany in 1995.
This year conference is expected to finalize the guidelines for the implementation of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, to contribute to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and advance SDG 13 (climate action).
